Two years ago Procare installed multiple downspouts for me, recaulked every corner of my eaves and replaced some missing shingles. I have not had any problems with leaking or overflowing eaves since. They really did a fantastic job and I would recommend them without hesitation.  I'm leaving this review now because I wanted to see if their excellent work held up. It has without any issue.

Two weeks before my daughter's wedding, the eaves guy that I had used in the past called and cancelled our scheduled appointment.  I was so upset, because in just 10 days, my house was going to be filled with guests and my eaves were an overflowing mess!  Feeling very nervous, I started asking around if anybody knew of a reliable, trustworthy eaves cleaner.  Procare was recommended to me.  I called and spoke with Melanie. It was obvious how upset I was as I explained my situation to her.  Melanie was so sweet and assured me that everything would be okay.  They were already fully booked for the day I needed, it was really short notice, but Melanie actually called the booked customers for that day and explained to them my situation.  She managed to reschedule the time needed for my eaves. Zoral, the nicest young man came to clean my eaves. He honestly cleaned my eaves better than they had ever been cleaned before!  I could now relax and enjoy all the celebrations that were taking place at my house.
